Hi, My button was working and showing fine under my hardlinks on my page but now my button is just shown as:

I have no idea how to sort this as i have checked and everything is as it should be and i have not changed anything on the site for it to muck up,i have re uploaded the protectx.php file again but still no change?, can anyone give me some advice on this please,

Hi Support,
I use Comus Thumbs to run my site with a html page and when i first signed up at protect-x i had a similar problem that i could'nt get the button to show,and i fixed that by modifying the .htacess file with :
AddType text/html .html,
AddHandler server-parsed .html,
and everything was good and my hardlinks script is still working perfect,i had my button under my hardlinks and have the two include's like this:
<!--#include virtual="hardlinks/hardlinks.html"-->
<!--#include virtual="protectx.php"-->
Any more advice you can give me would be great thanks,

try to use Comus specific include code
{{include protectx.php}}
if i'm not mistaking ...
you can try to create separate html file in the same directory and paste several different include codes there to test all of them out of other index page code.

| Sorry the Comus include code wont work either,im puzzled how this has happened as i had never changed anything and only noticed while doing a weekly check of the site,i need to keep it there as its still recording my stats so the script is working i just cant work out how to get my button back showing,i'm going to leave a topic on the comus forum aswell and see if Bonless or sixzeros has any advice. |

| I still have the problem and i have tried uploading it both ways,no idea what has happened as everything used to be fine and i have not changed anything??? |

Maybe your hoster changed the way it handles htaccess file (changed server settings) and html is no longer be parsed the same way it has. Try to contact your hoster support with the question about ssi include code you use for protectx.php
Also you can try to include our script to php or shtml file to look how it will be processed.
