Contact to protect-x support by icq and they will add you to hardlink exchange system , i was added and test it right now

Call me old fashioned but this new hardlink thing is a bit confusing. I was expecting a tiny block of visible links at the foot of my page but instead nothing but a load of gobbldy gook in the html.
How is google supposed to see the hardlinks?

You joined Protect-X HardLink Exchange with reelgirlz.com. But you didn't add our script, hence you have no links. Contact me in ICQ 463972181 and i'll help you to set it up.
Google indexes hardlinks very well. We have tested our script and got nice results. Type your domain in Google and look at the second place after your site

Well the hardlink pointing to your site is only one factor that affects how well your site is geared towards SE optimisation and as each SE picks up the links that is pointing to your site, it will start checking out your site more often and index your page accordingly.
As far as I know the more surfer click on your site on the search result page and click through ( not hitting the back button and return to search result page ), your position in the search result will rise.
Back to your question, my answer will be it depends on a lot of other things but still, having appropriate hardlinks pointing to you always helps.
